It does not appear possible because if you're caught driving under the influence, you will spend the night in jail.

I think that would be rather difficult to do, but if you were charged once, released from jail, and decided to drive another vehicle - then yes.

If someone put themselves in that situation, then they need to have their head examined.  I guess the juice was clouding their normal thinking patterns, or they were hanging w/ Shia LaBeouf.

Put simply, yes.  However, there has to be more to the story than what you gave as you would have been put in detox from the first one.

I'd say yep if you were stopped by two different cops.. Why the h**l didn't you go home after the first DUI??? Duh!
