Can you get custom/3rd party ringtones on a tracfone?

I have a TracFone W370 and i really want believe (by staind) on my phone as a ringtone but they dont have it on the tracfone store thingy, and ive already tried sending it as an attachment via email.

i upload my own song and choose 30 sec. of it, and use it as my ringtones, ventones will send my ringtone to my phone as a text message. worth to try.
