Can you get drunk by sticking a beer up your butt?

Some tv show called manswers is saying you can get really drunk by pouring beer in your *** because of the mucous membranes.

is that true? i always thought you got drunk because it gets absorbed in your stomach. i know sugars are digested in your mouth though

Sounds like it would work in theory, but are you sure you can hold liquids up your bum until it is absorbed?

I guess you might not get drunk by sticking beer up your ****, but there is a great possibility that you will stick beer up your **** by getting drunk!

It might get you drunk faster but you have to be careful because you're absorbing the alcohol directly into your bloodstream instead of digesting it first. That's why a lot of people OD on drugs when they use them rectally. They make the mistake of taking the same amount they would if they were using them normally, but you don't need nearly as much when you do it that way. Same with alcohol. I don't recommend it, but if you do, have someone with you just in case.

Yes, but it has to be open...otherwise it is just an uncomfortable experience.

yeah, your butt is the quickest way into the bloodstream.  that's why you get drunk quicker.

its true, but not the best idea.  some guy in texas killed himself by doing this with sherry.  apparently, if you drink alcohol you will puke when you get too drunk; theres no way to undo sherry in your butt.
