  1. umm the answer would be yes.

because if you read the food and nutrition label it should usually tell you how much fat you'll gain from one serving of frosting.

You'll most likely gain that pound... but don't worry you won't be able to tell because the fat percentage is usually low

    :D

  2. if you burn it off then no

  3. You'll get very sick from malnutrition first .....  If you're on a 1200 calorie per day diet, you've just taken up about half of your allotted calories with sugar and zero nutritional value.  That leaves you, at best, with only 600 calories to get your needed protein, dairy, fiber and 4-5 servings of fruits & veggies per day.   If you're addicted to sugary frosting that much, it could be the reason you need to be on the diet in the first place!

  4. No - unless you eat more calories than you spend.

F.ex. you will gain weight from eating peas and grapes ... if you get them after you've had your 2000 calories that day! (and providing you actually spend 2000 calories a day).

You won't get fat from eating full-fat potato-chips, dipped in pure mayonnaise, as long as the calories eaten do not exeed the calories you spend in a day ..

However ... the unhealthy diet may harm your health.

  5. depends on the serving size, most likely you wont get fat

  6. Depends on what else you eat...

and whether or not you exercise.

I don't think a serving of frosting every day is too bad.. just as long as you balance it out with some healthier food.
