  1. They can fine you at malls and stores and that's private property. So I'm thinking YES, they can ticket you at an apartment complex.

  2. Yes...they should be fined and/or have their car towed. The diagonal stripes that mark an area next to a handicap parking spot are for loading and unloading...such as persons who must use a wheelchair van or a vehicle with a lift.

In other words, those areas are NOT a parking spot. Any moron who uses those spaces for parking deserves to have their car towed and to be hit with a heavy fine and/or impoundment fees.

  3. Yes report them.

  4. yes

  5. could and should really why would anyone want to put more pressure on a handicap...why really would one want to even park in the space wrong besides being lazy and disrespectful..maybe they should be towed to the next town

  6. Yes most certain if you are reported......

  7. yes they can... and to do park so is rude, self serving and thoughtless.  those diagnol line areas are so that vans with wheelchair ramps can put their ramps down... for the affect on the usage by a handicapped person, you've basically jsut parked in the spot itself as they can no longer access it.
