On Harvest Moon Another Wonderful Life for Gamecube you can. Gamecube is quite limited but very fun. I have the game and it's actually a bit better than Harvest Moon.

I mean, you can farm and marry, and you can have a kid like normal. There is also a Gameboy Harvest Moon Version that includes a girl player but it totally sucks. And a Nintendo 64 Version Type. And also... well... tons of other ones.
