Can you get headache for being tired?

Question

Iv recently been going to bed about 12 because i find it hard to get to sleep earlier and then read for 1hour and then dose off. Im starting to get a few headaches that have started to build iup. Anyone know why?

if you have twitchy eyes too then its probably because you are tired :) x

Yeah most of my headaches are caused by being too tired.

If you think it might not be related to sleep then get your eyesight tested, straining the eyes can cause headaches.

I think it could be that your overtired and your body has lost it's routine, I make a habit of going to be at the same tim as much as I can and I feel better for it.

Could be that you're going to bed late and waking up too early, so your body isn't getting enough rest or it could be that you're reading for too long and straining your eyes.
