  1. yes absolutely. order things will low fat and sodium etc. order things like salad with low fat dressing and some water. or if you need alot of food to fill you up try things like grilled fish or vegetables, ask that the food either be grilled without butter or oil or little amount. When ordering pasta dishes, look for tomato-based sauces rather than cream-based sauces. Tomato-based sauces are much lower in fat and calories. In addition, the tomato sauce (or marinara sauce) can count as a vegetable!

  2. All the time is still a bad idea, but if you make the right choices if isn't impossible.

Except breakfast. Healthy breakfast options are very rare, except fruit, and you can buy fresh cheap fruit without going to a restaurant.

  3. Most of the restaurants offer fresh vegetables and salads then try getting those.. Chinese restaurants usually have vegetables and soups in their menu and Italians also have fresh salads and garlic breads in their menu

  4. noooooooooooooooooooooooooo

  5. yes, if they got healthy foods for you to order.
