Can you get high off Calms forte?

I have a bottle of Calms forte I got to help me sleep. But so far they don't really work. I got to wondering what else they could do. So, can you get high off Calms forte?

are you placing it under your tongue to dissolve? Should work.

Dont be fooled with natural remedies you can die from over dosing on them too

Because this is a homeopathic remedy, you need to take it a little differently.  Are you disolving it under your tongue?  Are you making sure there are no other strong flavors in your mouth before you do, (coffee, toothpaste, etc.) for at least 15 minutes before and after taking it?  

Depending on your situation, this may or may not work.  This isn't something that is going to knock you out cold so you can sleep either.  This is something that will help you to calm your mind and gently fall asleep.

What do your sleep habits look like?  Do you drinks lots of coffee one hour before bed?  Do you eat two hours before bed?  Do you exercise four hours before bed?  All of these things can negatively effect you and cause you not to sleep.  Make sure the room is dark (if its not very dark, buy a sleep mask,) the temperature is slightly cool, and that you don't have the TV or radio on in the background.

There are other supplements you can try, but I would take these simple steps first.  You can't "get high" off calms forte, but still be cautious with it.
