Concerta is a controlled release tablet, it does not release all the drug inside at once, as such you cannot use it to get high. The drug inside, methylphenidate, rarely can give a stronger buzz than a cup of black coffee.

You should not be attempting to get high on anything if you are on a psychiatric medication. At the very least, you will stop the medication from working properly, and it is very likely that you can worsen your condition.
