no but if you eat alot alot of them you can get a suger high but it will only last about 30 minutes

No, but they can't possibly do anything good for you. Is there anything in them that even resembles food? If they have aspartame in them they could make you feel strange as it turns into formaldehyde when heated to 98 degrees. Maybe you are feeling the effects of being preserved.
