Can you get high on tea

Can you get high if u take 5 tea bags and put them in a bowl full of water for a week then after the water evaporates smoke the residue left.

haven't hrd that one, but poppy seed tea get you high, well not high but realy realy relaxed lol but it taste horible! otherwise there is weed tea, use an infuser n that works:P
