Can you get in good shape without working out?

I cycle to my swimming pool and swim for an hour then cycle home every second day of the week do i need to add weight workouts or static workouts to my routine to get muscly ?

  1. no ,but it would help if you are looking to get a very muscular type look, but if you just want strength your existing routine is good


  2. No,We require proper working out

    to get good shape.Without it we

    cannot get it.
