Can you get in trouble for ordering pizzia to someones house?

If they could prove you did it as a joke then they could call the police and file a report.  It could be construed as criminal mischeif or harrassment, but most likely the pizza place has to bite it.

I don't know how true the other answer is that claims the delivery person might have to pay for it.  It's not the delivery person's fault you played a joke on their business.  That is just an inherant risk of running a pizza delivery service and would be considered a loss.

lol! That's funny, but not cool. I use to deliver chinese food, if that had happened to me I would have been mad. It would have been a waste of my time and money.

This was very popular a few years ago call about 6 cab companys and pizza places and tell them not to come to the door just beep the horn and youll come out but use a pay phone cause they all have caller ID now

Yes you can, its illegal and in some areas considered fraudulent. Not to mention the fact that it is immature and inconsiderate. The delivery person has to pay for their own gas regardless of whether or not they ended up paying for the pizza.

Yes. And really, is it fair to the poor girl/guy who delivers it? Some places will make the delivery person pay for it. At minimum they will get no tip and have wasted their own gas. May be a funny for you, but not for the delivery person.

You should get in trouble. A lot of places have caller ID's and it would come up as "Bob Smith 212-555-5555" Not to mention, the driver is wasting their gas and losing their money (they could be out on a real delivery) Also by getting a delivery to another address - there is always a chance the driver could get into an accident on the way there.

I personally think it's immature and childless. No matter what anyone did to me, I would never stoop as low as ordering a pizza to their house.
