Can you get in trouble in pennsylvania for being at a party with alcohol, if you are not 21, and not drinking

could you still get in trouble by the police? if the party got busted.

Only if the police wanted to be d#cks about it. They might site you for disorderly conduct or something similar. If you aren't 21, you aren't throwing the party and you aren't drinking they can't bust you for under age. Usually, they'll just drop you off with or call your parents.

BTW I grew up in western PA.
