  1. Yes, it is vandalism.

So you know, it can also wreck the paint job which can cost thousands to do over.

  2. Here's my thoughts on the matter:

I am kind of vengeful myself at times, so I know how you are feeling.  But to answer your question, yes.  It is illegal and you can be arrested for it.  It is destruction to property or vandalism.  Either way, here's the thing................

Who's gonna know you did it???  Could have been anyone right???

Remember.............It's not what they know, it's what they can prove, and if they can't prove it was you, your just fine.

Surely she has it coming if you feel this upset with her.  Have fun!

  3. Yes. Something along the lines of destruction of property, or something like that.. but that's only if she knows you did it, and probably if she can prove it.

  4. print screnn'd and sent to feds

  5. Of course you can.  How would you like your car egged?

  6. Absolutely, and as pointed out by others a paint job can be in the thousands of dollars and therefore in some jurisdictions the charges can be a felony, which along with mandatory sentencing can, believe it or not, mean jail time.

  7. These days childhood pranks are illegal.

  8. Yes. You can be charged with trespassing(for going on her property)vandalism and destruction of property. You will also be made to pay for the damages caused by the eggs. Eggs seem harmless but in fact cause quite a bit of damage, especially if they dry.

I'm sure you can think of less destructive means to get revenge if you think you need to. Something that won't end up with you having a criminal record.

  9. Yes, that's vandalism. The egg can dry and damage the paint.

  10. Do it. Egging is harmless fun.

    Tell us how it goes.

  11. Yes you can, it is against the law and here is why. (my daughters a cop). It is vandalism. Eggs can not be easily washed off and can in fact etch new paint and glass. So, if it costs say $2000 to repaint or replace a windshield, then your charges are at a higher degree. So do what I did when I was young and dumb. I did not puncture the tires, but I let the air out of 2 of them. Most people only have one spare. This way it is not vandalism and doesn't cost anything but air and inconvenience. Isn't that what you really want? To bug her? Then, let it go....

  12. yea, this is better though..

Either fill her car full of balloons and saran wrap the car or fill her car with plastic bottles (empty) and then saran wrap her car.  No damage done.

  13. Shoe polish the window.  Pain to get off but won't cause damage.

  14. Definitely. You probably won't get more than a slap on the wrist, but who wants the hassle. You can also get in trouble for using toilet paper on someone's house.

I know, they take all the fun out of childish pranks! :)

  15. yep you would get in trouble

if they could prove that it was you.
