Can you get insurance sales license in Ohio with class b or c misdemeanor from Texas?

i wrote a $20 hot check about 6 or 7 years ago. i was arrested but i ended up taking care of everything. i also have kinda bad credit. i just do not want to pay to get my license if my past will not allow it.

Yes, you can get your license.  It's the felony that prevents the license.

But you're going to have a hard time getting an employer or appointment, wiht that kind of backround.   I'd find the employer first, THEN get the license.
