  1. Yes...sometimes you can! Technically speaking no you cant b/c they do have your picture on it and they are supposed to check it. However, not everyone checks the pictures like they are supposed to, so yes sometimes you can.


  2. Nope, they have your picture on there and unless your a twin then you wouldn't be able to.
