I was just wondering whether you need a wristband or a ticket to actually get into blackpool

I know you have to get tickets for rides if you don't have a wristband but I'm not sure whether you have to buy a ticket to get in.

  1. Soon they will be introducing a £5.00 admission charge, but it will let you into the park and onto a couple of the attractions e.g. noahs arc, the train and the monorail

  2. No, you don't need  to purchase anything to actually 'enter' the pleasure beach. The doors are open to the public. You only need to pay money to go on the rides. You can either buy individual tickets to the rides or an "unlimited" wristband with a barcode on. If you buy the tickets, each ride has a different cost. So going on "The big one" might cost you 6 tickets. whereas going on the carousel might only cost you 2. If you are planning on going on more than, for instance, three rides you are better to be buying the "unlimited" wristband, where they scan your barcode at the entrance to the ride and just wave you through.

  3. No, you don't need a ticket to get into the pleasure beach just to stroll around.

  4. No, you pay for what you need from kiosks around the pleasure beach itself, but not to get in.

  5. actually your all wrong because as from recently even if you dont go on any rides you now have to pay an admission fee couple of pounds x

  6. i live near blackpool and soon they will be making you pay £5.00 just to walk round. i think they are robbing you and the community people r tryin to get that plan scrapped

    hope this helps

  7. no entry fee.....  just free entry its everything else that  costs the earth
