Can you get into cambridge universities with a-levels that you did from home?

What do you mean "that you did at home"? Provided you sat the exams the exams just the same as everyone else, nobody cares where you studied for them.

You'll need straight As as an absolute minimum for Cambridge, though - and most people with straight As still don't get in.
