Can you get legendaries in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl?

Question

I mean like Articuno, Zapdos, Moltress, Entei, any of those or any other legendary, new ones too.

You can, but they need to be imported from other versions using the pal park.

Um... sort of.

You can get every single Legendary - if you try hard enough.

Bad news time: Chances are, you're not going to get any except for the Sprites, Cresselia, and Dialga/Palkia. Unless you get an Action Replay to get Arceus and Shaymin and Darkrai and everything else. Or, you happen to have more than one GBA game (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed, LeafGreen), you can try to use Pal Park to get your National Dex Legendaries. Manaphy is easy if you have a friend and Pokemon Ranger, and Phione is easier if you have a Ditto and the Manaphy - just breed the Ditto and Manaphy and BINGO! You've got a Phione. Unfortunately, it will not evolve into Manaphy.
