Yes, to be sure.  It's entirely common for wild animals to have lice, and if you have been in contact with the wild animals, you potentially have been in contact with lice.

Normally, lice live in and on 'soft' things.  Obviously, they prefer warm, hairy bodies, but they can live in carpet and fabric for quite a long time.

If you have lice, your best bet is to get the medication & comb from your local drug store, and follow the directions.  I also recommend buying the associated spray, so that you can treat your carpet, and the other soft goods that the bunnies have been in contact with.
