Can you get lugia and ho-oh in leaf green?

  1. You can.. but it's not fun.

    For Ho-oh, you have to purify all the pokemon on XD and beat 100 trainers in the tower with your team to get it.

    I think Lugia can also be transferred from XD..


  2. Yes, they are Located at Naval Rock but you will need an AR to get them since there will be no more events for that game.
