  1. The youngest you can get married in Ohio is 16 for a female, 18 for a male.  IF you are under 18 and have two living parents/guardians, BOTH must consent to the marriage.  There is no emancipation law in Ohio.

  2. Guys in Ohio HAVE to be 18. Girls can be married at 16 with parental consent.  Younger parties may obtain license in case of pregnancy or birth of child.

  3. No. In most states, with parental consent, you can get married at 16... or if you're emancipated.... But it's 18 to get married otherwise.

  4. No. You Can't Get Married ANYWHERE At 14.

    It's Illegal.

  5. No, not anymore. I think a person could back in the 1800's.

  6. To get married younger than 16, a judge would need to approve the marriage and there are very few circumstances in would the approval would actually happen.  Between 16 and 18 parental consent is needed and after 18, you can get married (in most states) without parental consent.  However, I think it's a good idea to wait until graduating college and getting a full-time job before getting married.  For most people this is at least 22.

  7. I don't think you can get married anywhere at 14. But even if you could, it doesn't sound like a good idea. Think about it, married people don't get to hang out with friends at the mall, the movies, the beach. I mean, they can, but they have a lot more going on. At 14 you should have fun with your siblings, if any, make friends, dream about your career and eventually you will find the perfect person. But you have to be complete first because nobody else can complete you if you don't know who you are.

  8. You can get married license at 16 if you have your parent's permission, have had sufficient marital counseling & appear before a judge with that parent; not be intoxicated or have syphilis.  (don't ask me why they singled out this one)

Otherwise you must be 18years old

  9. nope it's illegal in all 50 states. you have to wait til you're 18.
