Because I am wanting to marry my pet dog Nelly. Any Ideas?

You can in some countries. I heard of someone marry their dolphin. But I don't think it's a good idea in any sense.

well .......... in order to validate the marriage you have to have s*x with your partner and beastiality is illegal

Assuming you are in North America/Europe/other places not specifically named, no because:

1) Animal is not legally able to consent to a marriage.

2) It's gross and, depending on your plan for the "marriage", abusive.

A friends once told me somewhere in Europe you can marry goats,

Not in the U.S. I heard of someone marrying his goat in India...maybe you could get married under common law ;)
