First of all, it's Moxie. Moxie is the state soft drink of Maine, because that is pretty much the only place you can find it, although it's also sometimes found in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont, and rarely Connecticut and New York. It also has the distinction of being my very favorite drink.

I highly doubt you can find it in Nevada, however, you can buy it at www.mainegoodies.com.
