Can you get older versions of Adobe Photoshop free?

I would like to be able to do some photo minipulation at home but don't feel like paying the insane price for the software

yes download a bit-torrent application like Vuze or u torrent and then in the search type the photoshop you want , the latest and best photoshop is CS3 which cost about £400 but i got it for free from Vuze , you can do the same

Nope, not legally.

Alternative options:

1. Photoshop can be leased from Adobe now for a monthly fee, which is a good option for startups.

2. Use GIMP, it's fairly popular.
