  1. You can't copyright a drink.

But... if you sold like beer on a large scale.. then you could.

  2. In order to sell you must be licensed.  End O' story.

  3. Yes, work for British Petrolium.

  4. ahah

  5. Becoming a bartender would be the easiest way.

See if you have food and drink magazines centered around your area (Time Out New York would be one example for the NYC area) that highlight the latest trendy bars. You might be able to make an exclusive drink for a particular bar for a fee, but you'll be competing with professional bartenders who are trying to invent the next Cosmopolitan.

You could also try contacting the PR departments or research departments for the different spirits you're using in your concoctions, and see if they'll pay you for some of your ideas. Just about every liquor out there has their own drink recipe book, and if yours is good enough, they might even publish your recipe. I wouldn't look to buy a car with the $ you'll be making, which, truthfully, won't be a whole h**l of a lot with this method.

  6. well you'd probably have to start a whole business and brewery to market the drink, not quite the most practical solution, unless you have amazing credit or you're very rich. I would honestly try to score a job as a bartender and see if you could sell the drink there. See how it takes off. If it's popular enough, copyright it.

  7. You might want to lay off some of your new concoctions for a while.

  8. go to a bar and drink your product then after a moment you didn't knew that you danced at the stage then you'll get paid by the owner...hope that helps(not really just fooling around ^_^)

  9. Write to company's and see what they think?

You need a license first to sell liquor though if you are going to make it and sell. (If you are in the US)

  10. yes, its called being a bar tender

  11. Not a liqour store, but perhaps a liscenced restaurant, bar, or pub.  Go to the owner of a pub and talk to them...see what happens.

  12. Yeah, if they don't kill anyone, but if you think you have a chance of not whipping the earth clean, like th automic bomb could. You should conact a lawyer and try to sale it to a franchise, or make your on company with the right guidnce. Read up on a few things, like how others did and get books so you wont get played like a chump.
