  1. It is very rare, but sometimes a person can heal after tubal ligation.  Meaning, the tubes heal themselves, and women are able to get pregnant.  This is rare, but not impossible.

  2. It isn't 100%. When I had mine done about 7 years ago my dr told me 1 in 100 doean't work. My mother n law had it done and got pregnant 14 years later.

  3. She might have some kind of cramping but the chances of PG are very remote. The body has a funny way about it self. It has been heard of that sometimes(long time)that it will try and mend the wrong, as in find another path and heal the spot that was broken. Not very often but it has taken place and it takes a while several years not weeks or days. If that is the case my wife would have become PG long ago and has not, at times she still wants a little one an many women do. Once they go into a store of baby clothes or lots of baby's, they get the need, sitting around holding or talking about it. More so if they have had their tubes tied because they know they can not so they want that much more. I guess you could say it is something like a person who has smoked for 20 years and they had to stop, they still want one but if they was to light one up it would kill them. Now I could on the other hand populate the world if I had half a chance.

  4. It isn't 100% effective as a form of BC, the chances are slim of becoming pregnant, but it can definitley happen. The Vasectomy is actually MORE effective in preventing pregnancy than a tubal and I believe the Depo shot may be as well, so it is certainly possible, but unlikely.
