Can you get pregnant if you are not ovulating?

i know this sounds silly but im really asking.

Do you mean, at the time you aren't ovulating or that you aren't ovulating at all?

If you aren't ovulating at all, then no, you can't.

If you ovulate, but have s*x at a different time than ovulation, you can still get pregnant because sperm can live in your body for 5 to 7 days.

Yes.  Sperm can live up to 72 hours inside a woman so even if you are not ovulating when you have s*x- you can still get pregnant.  Although you have to start ovulating soon after you have s*x-obviously.
