If you mean can a woman get pregnant if she is having s*x in a hot tub and the man ejaculates inside her, then YES.

If you mean that the man ejaculates in the water, then I would say NO.  Because sperm do not survive in hotter than body tempature conditions and the chlorine would kill them as well.
