It's possible but unlikely, so, you know, use protection and all that good stuff. Technically, a woman has approximately a 20% chance of becoming pregnant in any given cycle, and that's during the peak ovulation time (around days 12-15 of your cycle, if you're charting). It can still happen, if you have irregular cycles, so if you choose the rhythm method for birth control, be absolutely sure you know your cycle and your ovulation days.

the answer is NOT, you can not get pregnant right after your period, the ovulation period is around 12-18 day after your period, so you can be safe even the 7-8 day after the first day of your period, you must be careful by day 10 to 18 counting straight to the first day or you period.

if your body is ovulating then yes.  Remember, sperm can live in you for up to a week, so even if you a not ovulating at the time you have s*x you can still conceive a child within the next week if an egg is released while the sperm is still there.
