Can you get pregnant while on birth control?

My boyfriend and I had s*x while i was on my period but I am on b.c. I have been spotting slightly the last two days is it possible that I could be pregnant?

Yes, you can definitely get pregnant on the pill.  I'm not saying you are pregnant but it is possible to get pregnant while taking the pill.  Be more careful.  Wrap the dog.

ugh yes you can my first pregnacy was a birth control pill the yaz pill!!!  i dont think you are just take a test n find out...u have to be ovulating to get pregnant

Oh yes you can get pregnant while on your period!!!!!

But if you are birth control you should be fine. I know women who have gotten preggo while on the pill but that's more the exception to the  rule. If you are on the pill and taking it correctly you should be able to have s*x when ever you want at any time and not get pregnant.

for 1, you cant get pregnant on your period...and if there is some possibility of tht, then you were also on birth control...so you shouldnt have anything to worry about.

it's very possible to be pregnant while on birth control.  it's only 99% effective in preventing.  a lot has to do with user error.

Birth control is 99% effective or more, plus if u were on your period, the risk is even lower. I'd say the risk is extremely low. Just use condoms too in the mean time. My friend got pregnant twice on birth control though, so u never know, but because your were menstruating (which is actually kind of gross) I'd say your in the clear...

It is possible but unlikely. Birth Control is only 99% effective when taken properly, in the real world it is only about 97%, because people will tend to miss a pill here or miss a pill there. It  is unlikely but put your mind at ease take a pregnancy test.
