  1. of course, the pill is only something like 98% safe, good luck

  2. the pill is never a 100% guarantee you won't get pregnant, most people know that before going on it

  3. Yes you can

  4. unfortunatly its possible

  5. very unlikely, but possible. Make sure you take the pill at the exact same time every day to make it most effective (99.9% effective when used exactly as directed...most say this in the "small print")

  6. No form of birth control is 100% effective.  Oral contraceptives, when taken as directed, are about 94-99% effective.  If you have s*x there is always a chance of pregnancy.  When I was 38 years old, my children were 18, 15, and 12 and I had been reliably taking birth control pills for 11 years when my husband and I unexpectedly and unknowingly conceived our 4th child.  I had not missed any pills nor had I taken any other medications that would have interfered with the Pill's effectiveness nor had I had any bouts of vomiting or diarrhea.  I think my doctor was nearly as shocked as I was that I had gotten pregnant after so many years taking the Pill.  All she could say was that I must be the "lucky" 1% that gets pregnant on the Pill.  Regardless of the precautions you take to lower your risk, the fact is that any time you have s*x it can result in pregnancy.

  7. It is possible but highly improbable.  Being on the pill is protected... I would take a pregnancy test to be sure, but you should be fine.

  8. It’s 99% (not 100%) effective when used correctly. There’s a 1% failure rate so yes, it is possible.

BTW, the pill can do that to you. I had a scare like that last summer.

  9. You can, but it's not likely. The pill works in three ways - it prevents ovulation (its main function), increases the thickness of your cervical mucus so it's harder for sperm to get through, and thins your uterine lining so if for some reason the above two fail, it is harder for the egg to implant. Even if you miss one or two pills, it's very unlikely that you will get pregnant (one study showed that after being off the pill for 10 days only 10% of women will ovulate), and so while it is possible (as evidenced by people who have gotten pregnant on the pill) it is very unlikely.

Remember, s*x isn't unprotected if you're on the pill.

Also, some people stop getting periods once they're on the pill; my friend skipped hers last month and she isn't pregnant, but take a pregnancy test just in case.

  10. It's slightly possible.

  11. yup i did....i had taken it for almost 3 years straight and then just all the sudden got pregnant. Dont rely on it if its your only form of birth control

  12. yes u can
