Can you get really sick all of a sudden before you go into labor??

Some women do, the hormone levels are high again and it can seem like morning sickness is back but its not guaranteed, nothing is. You just have to be paitent. I feel your pain and know how impatient you feel in the last month, I'm there too but I just keep telling myself that each day she is in there, she is going to be more developed, more healthy and I will be more prepared for her.

I just asked the same question.....im due today and feel like i have the flu or food poisoning or something :( im not sure if its a sign of labor but i feel horrible

My sister got really sick and threw up all day when she was in labor.  I however, didn't.  With this, my second pregnancy, I feel a little nauseated occasionally and I'm 38 weeks.

My sister was vomitting sick around 5-6 cm dialated...the dr and nurses told her that is common.

Very common.  In fact, it is considered to be a good sign.
