There is a "Wii Fit Accessory Pack" that contains a rechargeable battery.

However, I think its unnecessary. The AA batteries last a long time in the Balance Board.

Yes.  They make rechargeable battery packs for the board (and the remotes, for that matter) but they're unnecessary.  Any rechargeable AAs will work in the board and the remotes.  I just got NiMH and a NiMH charger, plus some extras so there are always fresh ones when I need them.  Much cheaper, and they work in my non-wii flashlights and such, too.
