Can you get ringtones without internet in your phone?

Can you get free ringtones in your phone without internet in your phone. If yes what are soem websites that I can do this.

Yeah, just plug your phone into your computer and then drag and drop your songs from the computer into your phone, pretty easy.

You should have an option on your phone for a ringtone search.  Go to where the factory tones are on the phone and see if you can find something like a search option.  Also, if you don't subscribe to the internet on your phone that doesn't mean you can't use it.  You will just be charged a little more on your next bill.  

Another option is going to your service providers website, or do a ringtone search on Yahoo.  On my older phones I was able to recieve ringtones as text messages.
