  1. I don't think it's to do with imbalance. I think some women are just more sensitive or get worse pains than others. Cramps are normal as your womb lining wouldn't be able to shed without them.

    Your doctor will know the best painkillers as I expect there are special types, but even though I get pain, for some reason I've never bothered to take anything for them. I think Paramol is one of the strongest painkillers you can get without prescription.
