If that toilet is deep inside your house, it is highly unlikely, but as with all weather phenomena,  never say never.

Not impossible, but highly unlikely.  But if lightning strikes very close by, that's a good place to be cause it can scare the c**p out of you ;) !!

As stated, it is highly unlikely that you would get hit directly by lightning, especially since you are inside the house (in most cases). The risk comes from the metal piping that is connected to the toilet, as well as the water. Though this is unlikely, the metal piping may carry some of the electricity toward you and give you a bit of a shock if a lightning bolt struck your building.

This is what the National Severe Storm Lab says:

-Yes, it is possible to be struck by lightning while using the toilet. Any contact or close proximity with pipes and water is dangerous. We know that 50-100 people die per year from lightning strikes, and 400-500 people each year are injured. We know that about 40% of lightning injuries go unreported. And, out of all lightning incidents, less than 3% occur inside a building. The risk is low, but still there!

Yes. Sitting on the potty does not confer immunity to lightning strikes - although I imagine your risk would be much higher if you took the aforementioned potty out to the middle of a field and sat on it there.
