  1. I would say that you could fire yourself.... but then you would have no business or job.  I would just quit and then re-hire myself after a few weeks off ; )

  2. If you are schizophrenic

  3. It would help if you could spell and use proper written grammar.

But to answer your question: (I assume this is an insurance question, since it is listed under the category.)

If you are a self-employed insurance agent, the companies with which you have agents contracts can cancel your agency contracts if your production is not meeting their standards.

They will notify you before cancellation of your contracts, to give you an opportunity to increase your production.

The production requirement, if any, will be listed in the agents agreement.

You can also run yourself out of the business, if you are not earning enough commission to stay afloat. Keep this in mind, "If it is to be....it's up to ME".

Although you may be a self-employed agent, you are placing your business through multi-billion dollar insurance corporations.

  4. Well, you can have so little business you are making NO NET INCOME after all deductions. If you go get a regular job, then you did get terminated from self-employment.

Also, some self-employed people work entirely for one company.  So if that one company does not need you anymore, you effective have been terminated from your self-employed job.

  5. I wish people like you would learn to utilize dictionaries.  The word is  t e r m i n a t e (singular)  t-e-r m i n a t e d (past tense)  I hope you know what I am saying.  One can not terminate ( which means to fire, ax or let go) oneslef !!!!

  6. Yes, but it's still the three step process. Make sure you document everything, too.
