Can you get the green to go away on a tv?

we just had these stuipd guys instail dish HD and they ruined are tv because when we turned it on there is that green thing you get from magnets on the sides and corners. i was wondering if there is any way to fix this. and i have tried turning it off and on

I understand that having people come to your house to install Dish HD can be stressful. The guys that installed Dish Network in my home a few years didn't know what they were doing, really. If the HD receiver is sitting on top of your TV, then there may be interference between your TV, and the receiver. It should not be directly on top of the TV.
