Can you get the screen of a plasma screen T.V. wet?

My little brother spilled milk on it and the milk dried on the screen. Wondering if I could wipe it with a wet paper towel or something.

Wipe it with a soft, damp cloth.  I wouldn't use a paper towel, some can be abrasive.  A wash cloth or a hand towel would probably be better.  Wipe with a dry towel to prevent streaks.
