Can you get this pain during early pregnancy?

Question

You know that vaginal pain you get when your period is about to come on? The one that feels like a throbbing or pinching pain almost. Can you get that during early pregnancy?

yeah.  it might be when the egg is implanting.  plus, you can get all sorts of weird aches and pains during pregnancy.  I know, I ran to the doctor with every one of them.  lol
