  1. It's most definately a possibility.  Alot rides on the way one bunts and where the ball goes, then speed factors right in there.  Once you bunt the ball, you've got less time than any other hit to get to first base.

  2. Bunting for a base hit happens alot.

It takes a well placed bunt and a little speed go to first.

  3. of course you can, but only if the bunt either goess away from the pitcher or the catcher, of course you will need some intense speed as well

  4. Yes Joey Gathright that plays for the Royals does it about everytime he bunts. It's because he is super fast, can lay down a good bunt and can get out of the batters box at blazing speed. If he hits a ball and it bounces high in the infield it's pretty much impossible to throw him out. I don't understand why he doesn't get to play more though. I guess beause he can't hit a ball very deep but he is one fast guy on the bases.

  5. By the end of his career if he plays better...he'll have the record amount of singles...not kidding..bold prediction but he's too fast

  6. Yes you can i have even made it to 2nd on a bunt because the just let roll down the line and it hitt he third base bag...and i was on 2nd

  7. Some teams put the overshift on David Ortiz and I have seen him bunt his way on just to keep them honest.

  8. yea u can
