  1. The store policy (likely written on the back of receipts) is 30, 60 or 90 days.  After that they don't have to accept it.

Without a receipt you'd only get an exchange, not a refund.

  2. no way, not even with a receipt.  if it was something that didn't depreciate like that then it would work at walmart...like a movie or something that was never opened (but you would only get whatever that item is currently being sold at)

  3. probably if you have a warranty on it.. they will help you fix it or something like that.. but im sure they wont return it ..

thats what i feel like doing to my laptop too

  4. No!!? Nobody will take something back THAT long! You used it already for like a year! Thats like saying I buy a hummer and ride in it for a year and taking it up to the dealership demanding my money! Thats EXACTLY like that!

Dont be a foo stay in schoo!

  5. You'd probably have trouble returning it even if you were in the return period still. Wish I could say otherwise but you're stuck with it. Maybe try selling it on ebay or something to try and get part of your money back.

  6. No way, they have a 14 day return policy and 15% restocking fee if it's out of the box.  In your case I'd say a 100% restocking fee.  Sell it on ebay or craigslist and buy a mac.  A year old computer is about half used up, they could never sell that thing again.
