Can you get your permit on your 15th birthday in georgia?

my birthday is tomorrow and i want to get my permit tomorrow and im just making sure that you can go on your birthday and yo have to wait one year and one day until you can get oyur license and you can only drive immediate family for sxi months right? oh and this is for gwinnett county if it would chang anythng
