Can you get your undergrad in Mechanical engineering and then you masters in bioengineering?

Hi I'm currently a mechanical engineering student at sdsu and I was wondering if I could get my master's in bioengineering without actually getting a bs in bioengineering or biology.

Yes, you can.  You might need a few extra classes, but any kind of engineering background will satisfy the prereqs for a bioengineering masters degree.
