That depends on ur handset & ur yahoo account type (pop3 enabled or not)

If u have a pop3 enabled account, u can simply synchoronise ur phone with outlook. This u may need to do on a regular basis for up to date contact details.

If u don't have a pop3 account, chect the compatibility of ur fone for yahoo!go2.0.

you need to sync with the phone using a cable

The new yahoo GO allows access, but doesnt download them anymore

One thing you might do is

setup your phone book on your phone and then - depending what company-you use

"cellbackup"  is a great program to use.

i always check for a cheaper way to get the Mobile apps by looking for them online , then - purchasing-- can usually get a better deal
