Should I just wear eyeliner on top or more ??

Also, what is my skin tone, im not suuure. Like what color blush would look good & stuff :/

I would say wear eyeliner on the top and bottom with mascara and blush i would say a deep rose color i have some its covergirl and its called soft mink.

yur skin tone is light and and think blush would look to weird on yur skin tone cause it would look too harsh. u look reallyyy good with liner on the top!!!!! dont overdo the liner cause that will look bad.

No, just leave it the way it is =] You look good with just the eyeliner, Its natural and cute,

Maybe a little pink on your lips, and with a clear coat of gloss.

But yeah, your pretty without all that makeup!
