Plastics aren't going anywhere.  It's just too versitile of a product.  Just about everything has plastic of some sort in it.  Yes it gets over-used,  but those three words above take care of almst every aspect.  Now just find a way to get people do actually DO that.  (if you can find a way to make ALL people WANT to do anything you are more powerful than god)
